As you can see, there are three sections: Expenses, Job Costs and Fees
This add-on module is only visible to selected users, which is defined.
Job costing:
Archetype captures information relating to job costing within time sheets, mail books, staff expense claims and print registers. Additional expenses e.g. consultants and local authority fees or any additional expenditure relating to a project can also be recorded.
Staff hourly costs and charges can be entered, which may differ from project to project and over time.
The Job Costing section can be used to report on the costs and charges for any project over any period of time. It also generates a number of other useful reports e.g. Summary to date which includes the costs and fees for all projects.
Fee Management:
Fee schedules for projects can be created and Archetype displays a combined schedule for all the projects. from this a detailed view shows which fees have been prepared, issued and paid. Fee notes which can include reimbursable expenses and time charges are created simply by double clicking on the schedule.
Reports can be generated showing income, VAT, debtors, etc over any period of time and for any projects
