The Holiday Planner allows you to organise staff holidays. Staff can apply for a holiday and then have it approved by an Archetype Holiday Administrator who can check the holiday chart and approve holidays. Members of staff cannot book more holidays than they are entitled to and the planner allows for weekends, public and statutory holidays. The holiday planner integrates with the Archetype Calendar and approved holidays are automatically entered in appropriate calendars.

The coloured chart can be sorted by staff team, location, work group, office, etc. So for example, you may wish to display all staff working on a particular project to check for overlapping holidays before approving them.
