The staff profile is used to record various experiences, training and skills of members of staff.
It may be useful when tendering for a job to be able to see which staff have the appropriate skills or for recording professional development and training of staff or for printing staff CVs.
If you are selected as a Profile Administrator in Archetype Settings/Staff Access then you can view other members of staff's profiles (by using the drop down staff list) and use the All staff button (see below) to generate reports.
There are 7 tabs to help keep a record of users different experiences as you can see below

All Staff (Profile Administrator)
Selecting this option will display a list of all staff entries and you can use the filter to select staff with particular experiences and/or skills, as shown below
For example, to select all staff with Technical Design experience on Recreational jobs with a value greater than £500,000 enter the details as above in the filter and select the Apply filter button. The staff that satisfy the entered values will now be displayed and you can print a staff profile for each of them by selecting the Print button.
